ACN Inventory Checking Policy

The 14-Day Freshness Cycle

Every listing on ACN runs on a 14-day freshness cycle.

When you list an inventory, your 14-day cycle begins. Before the cycle ends, ACN will send you a simple check-in with a message on your WhatsApp as well on the ACN platform: "Is this listing still available?" One tap to confirm and your cycle resets for another 14 days.

If you confirm availability before the 14 days are up, the cycle resets from that day. You are always in control of when the clock starts again.

What happens if you don't respond

If ACN does not receive a confirmation by the end of your 14-day cycle, your listing is automatically paused. It will no longer be visible to other agents on the platform for enquiry.

Your listing is not deleted. All details are saved and you can reactivate it at any time with a single tap.

Why this policy exists?

Stale listings waste every agent's time. When a buyer agent chases an inventory that is already sold or unavailable, it breaks trust in the network. ACN's listing freshness policy exists to keep the platform reliable — so every agent can trust that what they see is actually available.
