ACN SOPs & Core Philosophies
These Standard Operating Procedures are built on the principles of collaboration, trust, and respect. They ensure smoother collaboration among agents and maintain the integrity of the ACN platform.
Core SOPs
1. No Client Poaching
Do not poach clients of other agents. Respect existing client relationships and maintain professional boundaries in all agent-to-agent interactions.
2. Direct Inventories Only
No indirect inventories on the platform. All listings must represent direct owner mandates or direct ownership to maintain authenticity and prevent fraud.
3. Resale Commission Policy
In Resale, do not ask for commission sharing from other agents. Commission discussions should be minimal and handled professionally.
4. Rental Commission Sharing
ONLY in Rental, you can ask commission from the other agent. However, it should be:
• Mentioned beforehand on the platform
• Discussed and agreed before site visit
• Marked as "Commission Sharing" instead of "Side by Side"
5. Response Time Commitment
Try to respond within 24 hours to the other agent's queries. Timely communication builds trust and keeps deals moving forward.
6. Professional Respect
Try to be respectful to other agents. Maintain professional conduct in all communications and interactions on the platform.
7. Open Collaboration
Try to be open to collaboration and cooperation with other agents. ACN is a collaboration platform and not a competition platform. The goal is to create a trusted ecosystem to increase transactions and make them faster.

Our Core Philosophy
Any agent who does not believe in collaboration and has a difference in opinion from the core philosophies on which ACN lives by is very much welcome to deactivate their account on the platform.
ACN wants only those agents who resonate with our core philosophies of collaboration, trust, and mutual benefit.
Reporting Violations
If you find any agents who do not believe in these core philosophies and are still part of ACN and have done something wrong with you, please share the details of the matter with us.
Every issue will be addressed within a week's time and an appropriate action will be taken against those agents.
