Welcome to ACN ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ACN mobile application ("App"), website (https://acnonline.in), and related services ("Services"), provided by IQOL Technologies Private Limited ("ACN"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at No. 111, 8th Cross, Paramount Gardens, Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru 560062, India.

By accessing or using the App, website, or Services, you ("User," "you") confirm that you are a verified real estate agent/broker in India, at least 18 years old, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and SOPs.

1. Definitions & Glossary

Capitalized terms used in these Terms are defined in the Glossary (Section 17). Key terms include: "App," "User," "Services," "User Content," "Subscription," "Direct Inventory," "Side-by-Side," "Personal Data," "Consent," and "Privacy Policy."

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ACN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App/Services on your compatible device(s) solely for lawful agent-to-agent real estate collaboration (resale/rental, residential/commercial) in India.

You agree strictly not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or underlying code.
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Modify, create derivative works, or adapt the App.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Sublicense or transfer the App to third parties.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to adhere to the following obligations:

Accuracy

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and in all User Content.

Legal Compliance

Use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act 2016 (RERA), Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), Information Technology Act 2000 (IT Act), Telecom Commercial Communications Consumer Preference Regulations 2025 (TRAI TCCCPR), and all applicable Indian laws.

Direct Inventories Only

List only properties with a direct owner mandate (no intermediaries).

Listing Freshness

Maintain accurate listings and update them every 14 days to prevent automatic delisting.

Prohibited Content

Never post or transmit User Content that is illegal, fake, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harmful, spam, unsolicited, or infringing upon third-party rights, privacy, or child safety.

System Integrity

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' accounts, disrupt the App's security, or compromise its operation.

Code of Conduct

Do not engage in harassment, threats, abusive conduct toward other Users, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliation.

Reporting

Immediately report any problems or platform violations to ACN.

Violation Consequences

Breaching these obligations may result in immediate suspension, termination, delisting of accounts/listings, or legal action.
